Why are our prices apparently more expensive than big international webs or companies?

It is very simple. They are apparently cheaper but when you collect your car, they add huge and abusive extras (fuel, insurances, deposits) and at the end the total price is multiplied by 4. We are very clear. The price you pay is the last price. We have no hidden extras.

How are rates calculated?
The rates are based on a 24 hour rental day starting with the hour you pick up the vehicle.

Can all the members of my family (or friends) drive our hired car?
No, only those specified in the contract may drive the hired car.

How old do I have to be to rent a car from RentAgain?
The renter must be at least 25 years of age. 

Can I drive the car to another country?
No, you can drive only in Spain Mainland.

How will I find my car if my flight arrives late at night or is delayed?
As long as you provide us with your flight number and arrival time one of our providers employees will be waiting for you upon your arrival, 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Can I return my RentAgain car outside opening hours?
Yes you can. All RentAgain rental stations have a key drop. You can therefore return the car outside opening hours and deposit the key in the key drop.

Shall I pay for fuel?

No, the car is delivered with a quarter full and it has to be returned with the same amount.

Do the cars have air-conditioning?
Yes, all car groups include air-conditioning.

How can I collect the car in Alicante Airport?
Meet and greet. One of our representatives will be waiting for you with a sign on your name in the arrivals hall.

How can I collect the car in Murcia Airport?

Is my vehicle insured?
Yes, all RentAgain cars have a fully-comprehensive insurance with an excess of 600 euros. There is an optional insurance to cover any damages to tyres and windscreens and costs 35 euros payable at once on arrival or on line and it includes fully-comprehensive without any excess at all. It is  35 € and it is  valid for one month rental maximum and covers one booking only.   Keys are not covered so if the key is lost, stolen or damaged (wet or broken), the customer must pay  175 euros for car key replacement.

How much will I pay for baby seats or booster seats?
Baby seats and boosters seats are free at no extra cost.
